7. Professional Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated documents
• You must ensure compliance with applicable laws, court rules, and professional standards
• The Service does not provide legal advice or establish an attorney-client relationship
• You should independently verify all case citations and legal references
• Final responsibility for all legal filings rests with you

8. Payment and Billing

• That defects will be corrected
• The suitability of generated documents for your specific legal matter

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL INDIA REPORTER (AIR) PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
• Errors or omissions in AI-generated content
• Adverse legal outcomes resulting from use of generated documents

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All India Reporter (AIR) Private Limited, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
